IMTA is one of the oldest meat industry associations in the UK and represents more than sixty importers and exporters within the meat trade.
Meetings are regularly attended with The European Commission, Department for Environment Food and Rural Affairs, Rural Payments Agency and the
Food Standards Agency.

I am proud to announce that W. Saunders (Shipping & Forwarding) Ltd has been awarded the coveted AEO accreditation, effective 31st August 2012.
The assessment program for AEO is very rigorous, to obtain the Customs Simplification Status our office has been audited and our quality procedures approved in line with the EU and UK Governments requirements.
This internationally recognised accreditation enables W. Saunders (Shipping & Forwarding) Ltd to give customers the satisfaction that their business will be handled by an organisation trusted by HM Revenue & Customs which will be subject to fewer physical and documentary examinations and priority examination of goods and customs clearance.
Additional benefits may be implemented in the future - AEO is a World Customs Organisation initiative destined to become the international trade and security benchmark against which a company will be judged.

I spent twenty happy and successful years in my previous position, but at the beginning of 2003 took on the new and exciting role to develop the company W. Saunders (Shipping & Forwarding) Ltd.
My team here aspire to offer a personal and superlative service, with the emphasis on communication and feedback in all aspects of our business.
